Hi, I am facing fungal infection , from 4 months, I have checked with doctor suggested to take candid for ce 100 MG , Which not worked, Again i have went st johns hospital Bangalore, They informed to take fiming cream , not worked, in online while searching i came to know fluconazole , is best for fungal , i am taking from two weeks its working fine daily basis, its been showing positive marks going from skin near ties , two days medical shop person informed to take itraconazole ,itraconazole which is better than fluconazole , i have tried i have not seen any good result like fluconazole , please suggest which to take

Greetings. It's funny that you are considering random opinions from the internet or online. Fluconazole is a good medicine but sometimes the fungus is resistant to it. So itraconazole may be prescribed. It's best you take treatment with a qualified dermatologist. Do not self medicate. Irrational intake of anti fungals may cause liver injury. Warm regards.
