Please stop lobate G it is a steroid. It is not recommended to self treat the Ringworm because reinfection and resistance is increasing. Itraconazole has lot of side effects and drug interactions kindly take treatment from dermatologist.

Lobate gm is a steroid containing cream. Should never be used on a fungal infection it will only make matters worse.
