Fungal infection

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello, I was suffering from folliculitis (due to shaving) and fungal infection in pubic area. I was advised to use anti fungal creams for one month. Now after one month, All d rashes are gone but sometimes I fell mild itchy in different parts of pubic area like for 5-10 secs.. Does that mean fungal infection still exists? Or it can be due to friction? Do I need to visit dermatologist again to check? Please help..
