Fungal infection

I was suffering from Ear fungal infection...
I was prescribed candid ear drops( 3 drops 3 times a day).. using from last 4-5 days
Initially pain was there..beep sound was there which has got better significantly...
Also taking Levocitrizine daily one daily...
Now sometimes ear pains which stays for few seconds..
Sometimes white white dry substance comes from ear..
Today I tried to clean ear .i found white creamy substance from inside ear canel..it's was not foul smell!!
What is that? I am really worried??
Please advise me
