Fungal infection
Dear sir
I got sudeen red rashes round on groin and buttocks and upper shoulders both hands .. it's getting big since 3 days it was spereaded little to big size .
Can I use below for temporvary
Fluconazole 150 tab
Clobate gm cream
And avil tab if yes kindly advice or pls give some other medicine
I can't connect online hence am sending clear photos attached

The picture is not a good quality picture. Fluconazole is an antifungal, while Clobate GM contain steroid, that will increase the fungal infection. I think you need proper examination before starting any treatment.

Fungal infection or Ring worm.. when occurs in groin, called as jock itch.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity.. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it.. This doesn't look like fungal infection. Are you having any loss of sensation over the area? Any tingling or numbness over your skin?
