Take pain killer for some days. Gradually start with physiotherapy for ur whole back. Use pillow beliw ur knees while sleeping on back and between ur both knees when sleeping on side. Use pillow till shoulder blades when sleeping on back and pillow till shoulder level while sleeping on side.
If still pain then see an orthopaedic surgeon near u.
