Frustrated due to failure & loneliness

I have failed in engineering, even after giving my best , I am having pain in body without apparent cause , i am not able to believe in myself , i am having problem of infetiority complex, i dont trust anyone, unable to concentrate , i am always alone & sad.i need someone to understand my problem and tell me how to get out of it .
