I think my friend suffers from some mental illness.. i dont know how to deal with it.. she gets mood swings soo many times a day .. everyday.. she does maniac activities like throwing objects against the wall, shouting aloud, abusing... on other times she is calm and caring.. this behaviour escalets tremendously during pms.. please suggest best way to treat this
