Frenulum breve issue

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have frenulum bereve issue in penis.I can retract skin backward in both erect and flaccid state.But when penis is erect frenulum get very tight.glans of penis can be seen very tensed due to stretching force of frenulum .Iam going to get married after 1 year.Iam very tensed regarding this.I want to discuss all problem with concerned doctor.Can i erect my penis in front of doctor and explain him the issue ,is there privacy in doctors clinic regarding this.Can i ask all my issues?iam very shy
