Frenulum breve, Tight Frenulum, phimosis
23yr old male, Kolkata Resolved Phimosis by stretching I have 'Frenulum breve' now. I don't want to get circumcision. Maybe frenuloplasty or any other small surgery. How I should move forward, and details regarding it. 1) Whom do I consult for this,urinary surgeon? 2) How long after the surgery can I not have sex for? 3) Any downsides to this?

You need to consult an Urologist... You can resume sex after 3-4 weeks of Surgery.. There are no major complications documented as such..
