Forgetfulness
I m facing problem to remember the things,name and etc. I forget suddenly what i was thinking of going to do. I m not able to concentrate on my work also. I always feel fear to talk anyone. Everytime thinking n making unnecessary story with me either related to past or future.

One only suffers from memories (of past) and imagination (about future)! Practicing mindfulness will help you.
