Foreskin not going forward to normal
After having sex with my wife my foreskin is not going forward since 2 days. It is covering my penis almost 75 - 90 % but not completely closing covering it. Can you suggest any cream medication and exercise to get my foreskin back to normal position covering entire penis in hiding the tip of my penis. I am not circumscribed since childhood fyi.

The condition is called paraphimosis and there is possibly a constriction ring which is preventing the foreskin to go back to it's original position because of the edema and swelling.
Next Steps
it needs reduction of paraphimosis. in case the edema is excessive, circumcision may be required.
Health Tips
consult a trained urologist as soon as possible
