  4. For uric acid. Down 2. 8. plz suggest?

I m a heart patient and treatment is going on And my uric acid was 8.4 last one month but after medicine its goes 2.8 and I m also diabitic patient, sugar level is 270pp and b. P is 65/140 I have swelling in my foot and pain when uric acid goes down 2.8.. Plz suggest
