Is there any treatment for getting skin clean and clear and to improve little bit of fairness... Actually my skin tone is not event... I have issue of high pigmentation at some parts of body like ma neck is become black... Ma hands are so tanned... Ma back portion is some how appears dull n black... N now Even ma face is looking so much tanned as compare to precious.. Basically ma complexion isn't fair but some parts look fairs n same not so I wann ma skin tone even
