Iam m.tech. married 7 months back Recently iam under so much stress due to my mother in law issues bcoz of my inter caste marriage.
She always complaints on every simple thing to my husband and destroy love b/n us.
Actually i was under so much stress since i lost my father who is world to me in 2020.
Now this is another type of stress.
on our last fight recently i got so much head ache which is unbearable and didnt cured to any medicene. I thought it was sinus head ache and went to my regular E.N.T doctor.he done scans and wroted diagnosis "neuralgia". And he told me its not related to sinus u r sinus report is clear but its about u r stress on nerves either work stress or mental stress.
I went neuro doctor he suggested me
Nexvenla od plus -50 mg
Migranex 10 mg
Gr8 od 30/40mg
Xykaa bd 1000 mg
Suggest me if this much dosage need. Or any other option to control. I need to concieve.

is this headache a regular issue or it occurs only when you are under stress as treatment differ for both.
what is the diagnosis for which treatment was given, then only medication/dosages can be defined
lastly, if you think the headache is due to relationship issues and it will resolve once things settle down - then you can opt for marital counselling by Clinical Psychologist - trained in marital counselling.
