For my baby boy
Hello doctor.. My baby boy is 36 days old.. He had jaundice after birth but now got cured after treatment.. At that time doctor had given 2drops such as multivitamin drops (VI-Syneral) and colimex-DF+ drops.. But as of now stopped using them.. Now he is not going for stool for 4days..now I am not using any medication for him.. Can you please suggest any medication for his growth and strength as required for baby as of lockdown we cannot able to visit any hospital now. Till now I have used drops of attached images.

Although not passing stool upto 3 days is normal in newborn and needs no treatment but if it happens for long time then first rule out hypothyroidism in your baby and you can use Glycerine rectal suppostries once a day (per rectal use ) which is best and have no side effect in comparison to oral drugs
