Hello there. I can understand your concern. If everything is normal and all the tests are also coming normal, then you don't have to worry. For acidity you can take a tab. Rantac twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
