Hello, and thank you for sharing detailed information. You're doing the right thing by being observant of your symptoms and seeking clarity. Let’s look at your case step by step: --- ## 🧠 Summary of Your Case * **Condition**: Lipoma (possibly related to Peyronie’s disease — need to clarify if the swelling is fibrotic or fatty). * **Treatment**: Ayurvedic medicines + Kapalbhati * **Current symptoms**: Slight **numbness in left foot** * **Duration of Ayurveda treatment**: 20 days * **Total tablets/day**: 13 --- ## 📌 Important Observations ### 1. ⚠️ **Numbness in foot** This may be caused by: #### A. **Nerve compression due to posture**: * Kapalbhati for 1 hour *twice* is a **lot** (especially if done in Vajrasana or cross-legged) — this can compress the **sciatic or peroneal nerve**, causing numbness in foot or leg. #### B. **Side effect of medication (less likely but possible)**: * Unlikely from Ayurvedic herbs like Kanchanar or Punarnava, but high herbal load over liver/kidneys could very rarely cause **mild neuropathy or weakness** if your body is sensitive or dehydrated. #### C. **Pre-existing issue**: * You might have **undiagnosed sciatica, slip disc**, or early neuropathy (especially if you have diabetes or B12 deficiency) --- ## ✅ Recommended Action ### 1. 🧪 Basic Blood Tests (Yes, it’s a good idea): To rule out any hidden issues or herb overload: * **LFT** (Liver Function Test) * **RFT** (Renal/Kidney Function) * **Vitamin B12** and **Vitamin D3** * **Blood sugar (Fasting + PP)** * **CBC + ESR** * Optional: **Serum uric acid** (if you have joint pain) These will help assess liver/kidney strain and detect any nutritional neuropathy. --- ### 2. ⚖️ Adjust Kapalbhati Practice * **Reduce Kapalbhati to 20–30 mins max per session**, especially if you're sitting in one position long. * Mix with **gentle asanas**, especially: * **Pawanmuktasana** * **Setubandhasana** * **Makarasana** * **Paschimottanasana** * Add **leg stretches and walking** to improve circulation. --- ### 3. 💊 Monitor Ayurvedic Medicine Load * 13 tablets per day is a **moderate to high load**. * Ensure you're drinking **plenty of warm water** and eating **easily digestible food**. * Take our help in **reducing dosage slightly after 7 days** if progress continues. --- ### 4. 🦶 Watch the Foot Symptom If numbness: * Increases * Becomes burning/painful * Affects walking or balance Then you must consult us. --- ### 🧘‍♂️ Summary Recommendation | Action | Description | | ----------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | | ✅ Reduce Kapalbhati | To 20–30 mins, avoid pressure posture | | ✅ Do Blood Tests | LFT, RFT, B12, D3, sugar, CBC | | ✅ Hydrate & Light Diet | Support herb processing | | 🔄 Review in 10–15 days | If numbness remains, Consult us.| --- If you'd like, I can also help **review the exact herbal ingredients** of your current meds (Cystogrit, etc.) to see if anything may need caution. It's good that you are taking medicine under a doctor's advice. Some times because of nerve compression there is a numbing feeling in the legs. Still if you feel same for a longer time then it's best to consult an ayurvedic physician

Hello, It’s good to hear you’re noticing improvement with Ayurvedic treatment and regular yoga. However, the numbness in your left foot should not be ignored. Possible Causes: • Nerve compression due to posture during yoga (especially prolonged Kapalbhati). • Peripheral neuropathy, which could be unrelated but needs evaluation. • Unlikely, but excess herbal medication can rarely affect kidney/liver function, depending on the formulation and dosage. Suggested Next Steps: • Temporarily reduce yoga intensity, especially Kapalbhati sessions. • Get basic blood tests: • RFT (Renal Function Test) • LFT (Liver Function Test) • Vitamin B12 and blood sugar (FBS/PPBS) • Observe if the numbness persists or worsens. If symptoms continue, consult a neurologist for further evaluation. Wishing you good health! For any doubt consult me online

Good that you're seeing improvement. The numbness in your left foot may be due to nerve pressure during long Kapalbhati sessions, not necessarily from medication. However, taking 13 tablets daily can stress the liver and kidneys over time. I recommend: Pause Kapalbhati for a few days or reduce to 15–20 mins twice daily. Get basic tests done: LFT, RFT, and Vitamin B12 to rule out side effects or deficiencies. Ensure hydration, avoid excessive dry fasting. Continue medicine if no test abnormalities, but under supervision. Consult me for proper follow-up and long-term support.
