Foot rashes

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have had a rash on the bottom of my foot for months. It began as a small spot on both feet but now it is a large spot on only one foot. It is bigger than half dollar and it a circle but the middle isn't red. It is small bumps, red, and sometimes extremely itchy and flaky. I tried athlete foot cream and lotions.
