Foods skin scars reductio. Best regards!

Hii I wanna know how to maintain smooth I m using moisturiser n sunscreen and aderma face wash daily twice although my pimples r controlled. I hd also went through 3 fraction lasers n 3 peels but still I hv scars it hd reduced to some extent as in the pic u can see bfr the scars were deep nw still I hv scars but reduced with 1 a little deep one. currently I m nt using any scars cream as my skin is becoming red dermatalogist recommended me erythego for redness. I wanna know how to reduced this scars after thiz 3 lasers n peels what food is good for clear skin n I wanna know is green tea advisable for clear skin.
