Hi For increasing vitamin B12   you can include following foods 1. Fish 2. Almonds 3. Chicken 4. Red meat 5. Crab 6. Cheese 7. Milk 8. Broccoli 9. Avocado 10. Bell peppers But I'm not sure that your vitamin B12 can be increased  with the food itself or not without seeing your reports. Maybe supplementation  be required Disclaimer:- if you are suffering from any medical issue tip may vary If you wanna discuss further you can opt me  for a personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan if required Eat healthy!!
