I understand your concern 🙏. After **piles surgery (hemorrhoidectomy)**, diet is very important for healing, preventing pain, and avoiding recurrence. You’re now **15 days post-surgery**. --- ## ✅ What You Can Eat Safely Now * **Soft, fiber-rich foods**: khichdi, dal (plain / lightly tempered), steamed vegetables, upma, idli, poha. * **Whole grains**: soft rice, chapati with ghee, oats. * **Fruits**: papaya, banana (ripe), apple (boiled/steamed), pomegranate. * **Vegetables**: bottle gourd, pumpkin, ridge gourd, spinach (well cooked). * **Plenty of water** + buttermilk + coconut water. * **1–2 tsp ghee** daily to keep stools soft. --- ## ⚠️ What to Avoid for Now (till 4–6 weeks) * **Green chilli, red chilli, spicy tadka** (can irritate healing wound & cause burning). * **Tomato–coriander–garlic–ginger–green chilli chutney** → too spicy & acidic right now. * **Deep fried dal fry** (too oily) → better to take plain boiled dal with light ghee. * **Pickles, sauce, vinegar, junk/fast food**. * **Very hot spices** (garam masala, black pepper in excess). --- ## 🌿 General Post-Surgery Care * Eat **small, frequent meals**. * Don’t strain during passing stools. * Warm water sitz bath daily (to speed healing). * Fiber supplement (Isabgol 1 tsp in warm water at night) if stools are hard. --- ✨ **Summary**: At 15 days, you can eat **rice, plain dal, soft vegetables, mild chutneys without chilli**. ❌ Avoid **green chilli, spicy chutneys, dal fry with heavy tadka** for another **2–3 weeks**, then reintroduce slowly. --- 👉 Do you want me to make a **sample 1-day meal plan (breakfast–dinner) for post-piles surgery recovery** that balances healing + easy digestion + fiber? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Non spicy foods, easily digestible foods like moong dal, well cooked rice, cooked vegetables should be consumed. Spices like chillies and sauces will irritate the gi and piles can re occur even after surgery.  So caution is advised. Follow HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda to prevent recurrence
