Gud evening u can introduce soft cooked foods in pureed form at first gradually introduce semi solid foods after 7months onwards depending upon the baby's digestion capability, then to solid foods from 1plus year onwards in small amounts.Try to present food in an attractive manner don't give the same monotonous foods daily, add on varieties into the baby's routine diet.

You can introduce soft boiled rice with some dal(non spicy) and mash it properly. The normal soft mashed roti with formula milk can be given to the baby. You can also go for some smashed banana as evening snack.

Hi, You can start supplementary feeding. Introduce dal, Rice, Soft vegetables like dudhi, Well cooked roots and other vegetables, fruits in mashed form. Each food need to be introduced at one time. Not too many new foods together. Do not use mixer or blender else the child will not learn to chew. Alternate meals should be food between breast feeding.
