Hi For first trimester of pregnancy you can eat small frequent meal and avoid raw papayas. But now you need to deal with the ESR and low platelet count which needs to be first corrected . For ESR anti -inflammatory foods will be useful Berries. Berries are small fruits that are packed with fiber, vitamins, and minerals. ... Fatty fish. Fatty fish are a great source of protein and the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. ... Broccoli. Broccoli is extremely nutritious. ... Avocados. ... Green tea. ... Peppers. ... Now for the platelets you can include it on rich food .
