I'm a fitness enthusiast, and with weight 62.5, and height 5'7. Want to increase
my muscle mass, and my diet is good. My question is regarding food supplement that can I add Omega 3 and liv 52 capsule in my diet, and multivitamin too.Is it good for my health in long run. If I take all of these everyday. I'm 21 years old.

Hi welcome - I advice that you should not consume too many outsourcing products ,may be even multivitamins
Better you go with high protien diet through home made foods by daily meals. Later you can try whey protien supplement which is water soluble may be helpful to build muscle.
