Hi welcome - I advice that you should not consume too many outsourcing products ,may be even multivitamins Better you go with high protien diet through home made foods by daily meals. Later you can try whey protien supplement which is water soluble may be helpful to build muscle.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Yes you certainly can but why do you want to add if your diet and all is fine. But if you do want to take, no one can stop you. You can take alternative monthly. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
