Jamun as a fruit is best suited for diabetics. You can have all fruits in moderation but always eat your fruit atleast one hour before your meal or as a snack. Avoid juices completely. For proper diet consulation pls contact personally.

Hi A diabetic should take low glycemic index fruits like 1. Apple 2. guava, 3. Papaya, 4.Pear, 5. Orange, 6.Plums 7. Cherries 8. Grapefruit. 8. Dried apricots. 9.
