Hi,
I am a 29 years old female, I weigh 55 kgs and my height is 5.5.
I suffer from lower back ache occasionally. I have no other history of any disease.
I just joined a Yoga therapy class specially meant to relieve back pain and on my second day I felt my body shiver and slight dizziness in my head. The instructor was teaching basic Yoga poses, nothing difficult. I guess I felt this way because of less stamina as a result of weak bones & muscles.
Please suggest food items which I can consume daily to increase my stamina. I am a non-vegetarian and therefore non-vegetarian food suggestions are also welcome.
Thanks in advance
