Maximum size should be 18 mm and repeat ultrasound on 13 day and see what is the size of follicle. And ET should be near about 9 mm and after that you can take HCG. And please consult with gynaecologist because treatment of pregnancy is very long and every doctor has its own protocol. Do not treat it yourself because there are many test and medicine are necessary for pregnancy.
