If the doctor is confident in dealing with anaphylaxis at home then only risk of any vaccination at home should be taken. Vaccines are best administered in clinic or hospital settings after taking all precautions for Covid prevention.
Home vaccination is not recommended in any situation... you can postpone till your fear goes off as anyway baby wont get exposed outside. Else go to a clinic with no rush for vaccination.
