I have normal to oily skin and almost healthy on all parts of the face except the outer corner around the nose. This junction is permanently red, flaky but still oily and very very acne prone. What should I do?

The redness and scaling of ur nasolabial folds is suggestive of seborrhoea
Can also occur on the brows, scalp and chest.
Topical antifungals can be helpful but need to assess ur severity of involvement to suggest proper antifungals. Kindly send me the picture of ur affected area through online practo consultation for treatment suggestions
