Do Sitz bath twice daily. Apply 5% xylocaine ointment twice daily , local application.

Pain after surgery will be there usually for 3-5 days, and upto a week soemtimes. Do sitz bath, apply  ointment prescribed ,continue the Medication as advised. Take Zerodal sp twice daily.
