Fistula in ano
I got my MRI yesterday of a fistulogram and that shows I have fistula..however last month I did one and that showed 1.5 cm long 3mm in width.. now it's 3.8 cm long and 2 mm width ...also attached picture Please let me know if this is simple one or complex or is it moving to scortum region?? I am having little discomfort near inguinal area since few days bot sure because of fistula or other reasons...

As per current MRI its showing a simple fistula in perinal region not extending to the scrotal region Regarding discomfort near the inguinal region its better to get examined once and then get to know the cause
