Fissurectomy operation for Fissure
I went through laser fissur operation 20 days ago and now doctor told me to take any food for now onwards and everything is fine. But he adviced to make sure about soft stool. So can i take trifala churna every night before sleep as a laxatives for longer life or any other medications you suggest

You can not take triphala long time try to take plenty of green vegitable and fruits. For time being you use triphala. For furthet advice you may consult with me through this chanal and enjoy.
