No no don’t be afraid ! In good and experienced hands like me it’s quite simple surgery of partial lateral sphincterotomy post gentle anal stretching and dilatation under anaesthesia. Anaesthesia these days is quite advanced and post operative pain is a specialised branch of it. So don’t worry at all ! Take an appointment at a skilled and experienced Surgeon’s office and get booked for a safe and pain free post operative phase

Health Tips
Get rid of your fears and hesitations…. by practising antarmouna (a yogic practice,) and bhramari pranayam .. a simple pranayam for mental and physical well being by releasing hormones of well being from vibrations of the base of skull. Not only this the vibrations from the air inhaled during bhramari will produce Nitric oxide which is also anti viral and anti SARSCOV 2 All the best! God bless!

You will need to be examined first before coming to any conclusion.. Yes surgery for fissure has good results. And surgery is lateral internal sphincterotomy... It doesn't matter with what energy source one does the procedure... But it is important to do the procedure completely. Laser or electrosurgery doesn't make any difference. We should stop this hype about Lasers

For Fissure surgery there are lot of new surgical techniques like laser sphincterotomy, which are almost painless, and a same day discharge procedure. And the relief after surgery is worth bearing that little pain you undergo after surgery. You can contact my clinic or book an appointment for follow up.
