See d root cause of Fissures is mostly Hard Stools. You need to avoid all those things (e.g. Cumin, Gonger, curd at night, spicy, bitter, astringent) which Hardens d Stools. The cause of Hard Stools is either Less Fluid intake, less Ghee & Oil intake, or eating too much Spicy foods. Increased Pitta can also lead to Hard Stools by drying the water due to it's Hot nature.
Health Tips
Aloevera Trifla juice is good. Having Papaya, Sitafal in fruits empty stomach in Breakfast or Lunch. Boil Munakka in Milk & take this milk. It helps in softening the Stools.
