This medicine is not for fissure. Take proper medication otherwise you will lead to piles and then fistula. Within 1 month you can be normal with proper medication.

For the concern u raised Warm Buttermilk twice daily and misture of refrigerated coconut oil mixed with camphor and warm water seitz bath for 20-30min serve better
