  4. Fissure/Fistula. I'm scared & depressed.

I had to be admitted last week due to acute pain, fever resulting from an anal abcess. With antibiotics, the pain has subsided, although on touching I can feel something inside and the area around the anus and even vulva is itchy. I'm trying to eat better. along with medicines. How can I cure this problem permanently. I'm scared & depressed.
