I have had this Fissure problem for the last 2 weeks but on 1st March the pain became unbearable and I went to a doctor for a visit..he gave me a ointment called LOX2% jelly and told me that this can only be solved by taking sitz baths.. I have been taking sitz baths 4-5 times a day since Thursday but the pain hasn't subsided apart from yesterday that it was ok.. today also the pain was acute and severe and I had to take a VOVERON to set it off but then also it took 2 hrs to subside...is this the only treatment possible and how long would it take for the pain to subside and for me to get back to office...
