Your problem of anal fissure and papilla can be solved by local application of certain ayurvedic medicines. Avoid constipation and to relieve burning and irritation, you may apply coconut oil or any soothing ointment. However, for proper clinical evaluation and treatment plan, you may visit the opd or opt for online consultation.
