I visited an ayurvedic piles doctor, he said i have hypertrophied papillae in ano , so he gave me medicine and suggested to go for kshar karma to remove it but i don't wanna go for it so can u please tell me if it can heal by itself with medicines without going for ksharsutra or laser or any such procedure
