hello. fissures usually responds really well through ayurvedic medicines... But fistula needs Kshar Sutra Therapy for permanent cure.. so better to consult an ayurvedic doctor for d same..

Avipattikar China 5gms at bed time with warm water.

Hello.... You have tried all different ways... It's surgical issue.. Per rectal examination is required to confirm diagnosis... Since its there from long it has to cut open and pus has to be drained.. Don't neglect it... Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital..........
