First tooth
Hi ,
I have a twin baby girls. Younger girl got her first tooth at 10month. But elder girl even after completing 13months didn't get her first tooth. Could you please suggest .

Every kid has different growth rate and different timings for reaching every milestone.if you are worried you can visit a dentist .
Doctor may suggest you to go for full mouth x-ray.

Some kids can have a slower rate of growth..but it would be beneficial to get an opg or x-ray done to check for the stage at which tooth are present in the jaw to check over their growth

No need to worry.. sometimes there delayed eruption of teeth

You can visit nearby pediatric dentist..After proper checkup small x ray (IOPA) or Opg might be needed just to check the presence of developing tooth buds..
