First molar tooth upper right
I have pain in any of my tooth but it last only for seconds. I am sending my x ray. Please tell me my first molar is affected or not and needs some kind of treatment or not. Does it need root canal treatment. Is the cavity deep into the pulp. If first molar is in need of any kind to treatment. Please suggest. If i go for root canal for my first molar then is it the right way because the tooth is deeply fix in my inner chick. Is it call a live tooth after being treated by root canal.

The angulation of x ray is such that the extent of decay in first molar doesn't look to be touching the nerve.also ur symptoms don't suggest of root canal.but a better angulation x ray and clinical examination would be recommended.
