I have a pain in joint of right hand middle finger (knuckles). Pain majorly in joint between palm and finger. Feel pain only when pressed from palm side, no pain from outer area. have difficulty while gripping objects/ fully closing the fist

Hello, if u have visited a doctor, you would have been adviced few blood tests. Also visit a Physiotherapist for detailed evaluation of your hand and finger joints. Correct exercises will definitely help. All the best
