FIBROMYALGIA AND IBS. Or ibs?

Am sufrng frm FIBROMYALGIA, but nw nt tking any mdcine for it.Main prblm is frm 4-5 days.1st day pain inside NAVEL when i touch it,bend, sleepng time also mild discharge came out with bad smell for 2-3 times when i put my finger inside NAVEL.2nd day feel pimple  and mild pain in anal(which is gone nw)(also done my fistula operation sucesful on2016).3rd day abdominal pain start and navel pain gone.Now from 3days abdominal pain(continue)+navel pain(comes & go). Also today i went for bowl movment 3 times in which two time nrmal stool and 3rd time only some white mucus(jelly type liquid).Ystrdy i done my chckup, ULTRASOUND,CBC,ESR,SUGAR,all are norml.Doctr said this is due to stress. Nw tking RABEPRAZOLE & MULTIVITAMIN TAB.Bt still pain in whole abdominal( continue moving) + navel pain (some time)is thre anythng serious? Am so much stressd due to google symptms which shows CROHN'S disease.Is ths due to FIBROMYALGIA OR IBS? Please hlp.
