It will be better if u attach a scan 5 mm asymptomatic mass won't require surgery. Any solid Mass more than 5 cm and causing progressive symptoms and affecting fertility will definitely need surgical treatment.

Pls attach the report.Cannot make out what exactly it is. For any 5mm mass/cyst surgery is not required though.

If it's a fibroid definitely and 2mm in size, then don't worry about it. No surgery is required
