Bulky right ovary
The right ovary measures 1.9x3.6x4.2 cms, vol : 15.2 cc, No dominant follicle is seen in right ovary.
The left ovary measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 3.2 cms, vol: 3.8 cc, No dominant follicle is seen in left ovary.
There is no evidence of any adnexal mass lesion. The pouch of Douglas appears normal
The visualized retro peritoneum and para-aortic regions appear normal.
There is no evidence of any lymph-adenopathy or ascites.
There is no e/o any abnormal bowel wall thickening / mass lesion seen. No bowel loop dilatation noted.
Normal peristalsis seen.
