Fibroadenoma is a benign condition. Only 2% chance of cancer formation. If she wants she can get it removed by surgery.

Nothing to be done . It will regress spontaneously over time . It is a benign mass and there no fear of conversion to cancer. Fibroadenomas often increase in size during pregnancy .With pregnancy end it may resolve spontaneously.
