Feverish, little cough and upset stomach

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hi doc. I am having feverish feeling with temprature around 99. I had already completed a cycle of antibiotics but still the disease has not gone. So now i am having afeverish feeling with little cough and stomach is also upset with gas trouble and motions are little smelly.
