Feverish in evening
I'm feeling feverish and getting body pain only during evening.I feel week and get get feet pain on standing for short period of time. Feel weak sometimes.
I don't have cold cough.

Hi., I can understand your concern
It can be due to viral infection,
You can take tab doxy 100 twice a day after food for 5 days
Tab paracetamol 650, 3 times a day after food
Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days
